Having bought online a panasonic tv from j lewis (which i thought was reputable company) i discovered from the manufacturers site that the resolution was not as J lewis advertised (1920x1080 as opposed to the true of 1024x768) . I cancelled and have been told that it may take 2 weeks to get a refund which i find disgusting. Even worse is that they are still selling the same tv with the wrong specs listed even though they know they are untrue.
Are they allowed to do this or do they just pretend it to be a genuine mistake?
