I've bought a pressure washer from Halfords on 22/3/10. It doesn't work, we sued it twice an don the third occassion it wouldn't hold pressure. Halfords won't give me my money back, they say they have to speak to their head office first. I've tried ringing the helpline to get a returns number but can't as it's only open mon-fri 8.30-4.30 and I work 8-5. Am I entitled to a refund?
