I joined a property agnecy for auction properties so they tell me who when and where and negotiate on my behalf.it cost £100 for 3 months.When i joined they did tell me that it would auto re start and takeout a payment if i did not contact them to stop the payment from ny debit card.hey guess what i forgot money was taken out.I called them and said i had forgotten and only 1 day had passed could i have my money bac NO was the reply, i said i thought there would be a legal requirementfor them to inform or remind me about the transaction about to tgake place they said no as i knew what i was getting into . Anyway can i gat my money back if so how what laws or regulations can i use , or do i accept it as my fault any advice will be welcome
