Hi - just wondering if anyone can help.
I left my car to be repaired for at a garage. They did repair the car (I've paid for this) - however they damaged the wing of the car - scraped.
They have owned up to the damage and offered to repair. It's there now, however they have been quite bolshy, unapologetic and actually quite rude.
What recourse do I have (if any) if I don't think the car is repaired to as good as it was - the plastics on the wing eg are scraped. Do I have to accept the repair? I have taken photos of the damage they caused close up.
Also should I be being asked to pay for petrol to the courtesy car - which I've only driven from and then back to the garage, a journey I wouldn't have done had they not damaged the car......
