Hello All, I am hoping that someone on the forum can help me out with a claim I have made under the Visa chargeback scheme, the Nat West have told me that the claim must have been made within 120 days of the transaction, but I was under the impression it must be made within 120 days of realising there is a problem with the goods or services, in this instance it was for a training course but the training provider went into administration.
