we ordered and paid a deposit of £xxxx in early March for a conservatory.
On ordering the director of the company said it would be early May before
installation could take place.This we accepted.When the order was taken
he said he would come and bring his surveyor but this did not happen only a workman came to measure up in the end of April.
We then waited untill nearly the end of April to hear from them again.
We had an old conservatory to be dismantled se he suggested that we list this on Ebay and so to be dismantled 3 days from the end of the listing
because a new erection would take place earlyMay.We have now been informed completion will be first week in June.Windows and doors boarded up pitch black in the kitchen so lights on all the time.He has given us misleading information,he will not answer questions but says his wife did not understand how Ebay works ( They have been in business for 35 years)-I don'nt think so!
Option Do we ask for the price to be reduced/as compensation for misleading omissions to get a sale How do i stand please.
