I purchased a car from a car Supermarket. It was described as six months old and the log book stated declared new at first registration.
After 9 months an electric window failed and I took it to a Renault dealer who advises me that it was manufactured in 2005 and has no warranty.
Can I claim money back for the car being not as described.
