Daughter bought a digital camera from Argos 18th May within two weeks pixels missing on screen, took back and she was told have to send away!?
surely she should have been entitled to new product or money back ??
Thanks went back again today to argos to be told no the camera had to be sent away because of faulty screen, i have sent them an email to their customer services this evening as their after sales services states within 30 days if item faulty you'd be offered replacement or money back, i am also going to call trading standards tomorrow
