Hi, my car (55 plate Focus) has an oil leak - a friend looked at it this morning on the off-chance it would be an easy fix but the sump is cracked! He says it has been cracked near to the sump plug and as such looks as if it could have happened during the last oil change/service. He suggested I go back to the garage (local Ford dealer) where it was serviced. My problem is the service was done last November and also the customer service at this particular garage is pretty appalling. I only do around 7000 miles a year so it would be pretty obvious that no-one else has serviced it since them but would I have any comeback after all this time?
