We bought an entire kitchen from a company advertising on the web. They designed it and delivered it in february this year. Our fitter went through the packages and we notified them of shortages. they acknowledged this and said they will rectifiy, it is now six months on and they are now saying that we have to pay for these items as if they were extras. i am livid, the guy has said at least 5 times before now, that they come out to us next week. we have plenty of email records, we must have phoned the comapny 30-40 times, they have alwys said it will be out to us next week but the goods never turn up. I am keen to resolve this matter can i sue them and what can i sue them for?
The kitchen was purchased on a credit card, do i have recourse there?

My advice would be that you give them a final date after which you would be forced into taking legal proceedings. At the same time I would contact consumer direct who will let you know the course you will have to proceed. It will probably end up in the small claims court.
