Scs and their sales tactics

Hi people.
me and the wife went to SCS in march to look at what they had on offer in the sale.
we spotted a very nice corner group suite and the price was even better than the suite, so me and the wife had a sit down and put our feet up, when we were approched by a sales rep,he started to go through the motions of describing the suite, the leather and its pocket sprung bla bla bla and bla.
And ask us if we would like to look at a corner group suite from the lazy boy range, this is where our troubles started.
When describing the suite the rep on several occasions stated the the whole of the frame was made from aluminium and not wood, however when the suite was finally delivered in june the frame was made from wood and not aluminium has we was made to believe.
basically it a brick wall when i complained and they are now getting a second letter of rejection based on the grounds of the suite being miss represented and miss sold.
can any one let me know if i am going down the right route.
