ok where to start
simply me and my now ex bought my grandads house from him aporx 4 years ago.
now here is the part i need help with.
my grandad asked me to print out a "document" which stated he can remain in the property until he either leaves of his own free will or passes away.
now due to finicial difficulties we can no longer afford the mortgage on the house so decided to sell.
which in turn basically forces him to leave the property.
my question is.
will this "document" hold up in court
it was basically printed off a home pc
and signed by myself my partner and my grandad. it never saw a solicitor or any legal body.
so what weight does it hold?
