I have had a faulty phone that keeps getting replaced with a "reconditioned one". After a couple of months this then breaks and they give me another one. I am now on my 4th reconditioned phone. I have been told that they can't change the model as they only do like for like replacements. I had been told by a friend that after 3 replacements I can demand a brand new or replacement phone of another equivalent type. Is this true?
