I have a camera that developed a fault during the 1 year warranty. I have been asked to return it in its original package. I have not kept the packaging.
Does this mean my warranty is void because I did not keep the original package box?
If this is the case, should not this be clearly stated by the seller?
I don't see how having the original can help in repairing the camera.
