hi, id really appreciate some help with a problem.
im 3months into an 18month contract with vodafone. my fone is insured and still under warrenty.
i took it back 4weeks ago as it had a fault. it was sent away for repair and sent back a week later. vodafone could not repair the fault so have replaced the phone (given me a refurbished phone) i accepted this took it home but the refurbished phone broke within 12hours!!! i took it back and it got sent away for repair.... again!!
ive just received a txt saying my phone is back in the store ready for me to collect.
my question is do refurbished phones have to meet a certain standard before they are given to another consumer?? because if it breaks less than 24hours after receiving it was clearly not fixed to any decent standard, yet i get fobbed off with it as a replacement phone. just doesnt seem fair to me??
