Hi, I bought a Samsung DVD from Amazon about 14 months ago. It has a USB connection to play Divx and also has upscaling. It cost over £60.
Recently Dvds have started to skip about half way through a film and it will not play any media through the USB port. It is now out of warranty but should an item like this not be expected to last more than 14 months? Do I have any rights?
