Frankly had enough of this phone now. we have had the same problems as listed in other threads such as freezing, changing ring tones itself, turning itself off etc...
phones4u insist that we need to send it for repair, which i would understand if it could be fixed but i know sending it for repair will not fix it...
ideally we would like a different phone and are willing to pay extra to have an iphone4 or 3gs.. however phones4u are telling us that they will only swap the phone for another nokia n97 (which are all faulty, ALL OF THEM!)..
I would appreciate any advice from members who have had any progress with this, or someone from phones4u...
