I have had a lg cookie mobile into the carphone warehouses repair centre due to it not charging but surprise surprise its beyond economical repair even though its still within its warranty, they advised me to contact LG themselves & i have. Apparently the problem with the charging port is down to me the customer this is what they said: Physical Damage pads are lifting due to the pressure put on the charging port such damage is not covered by the manufacturers warranty. surely under the sale of goods act & my statutory rights they should repair the phone or am i wrong? The phone was never misused or abused. Help
