i have had the motherboard replaced in my laptop it was done by the tech guys as it was still under warrenty when i got it back all the software that came with the laptop has gone i was told i may lose some software but not that it wold be restored to factory settings so i wasn't happy now it is saying that my windows is not genuine i spoke to the tech guys and after 45mins on the phone trying to resolve the situation they tell me i have to purchase recovery discs from hp because the discs i made won't work none of this my fault can i return it to the retailer it was bought in dec 2009
