i ordered a 3 piece suite from harveys, the 3 piece sofa arrived scuffed and with holes in the leather. i refused to accept on delivery and they took it back. initially it took 3 months to arrive, was told to wait another 3 months to get new replacement.. veryy dissapointing. is there anything i can do in terms of getting compensation??
