Ihave just taken delivery of a lovely oak door with two fancy glass panels, leaded and encapsulated in plain glass. The glass panels have plastic film on for protection and e left these on to seal the door. I have to say the glass appeared fine before the door was sealed bur when we turned it over to do the other side there are three obvious cracks in the fancy glass in the centre core. What are my chances of getting this panel exchanged or refunded now that we have finished the door? It should have a ten year guarantee but would this apply to the glass?
