hi, i,m having trouble getting a refund from a retailer regarding a faulty pushchair,it went back after we first unpacked it at home, it was returned and still had the same fault, retailer says she will not refund because she has to get an engineers report from the manufacturer as she believes the fault is different than the one we do.we do not have any faith in this product now especially as it involves the safety of a baby.can we expect a full money back refund, or do we have to except a credit note to the value of the goods?
