Hi everyone I am new to all this but have been having problems with an online furniture store ,I ordered from them mid august with an estimated delivery time of 4- 6 weeks and it still hasn't arrived.They have ignored all phone calls and even a letter giving them 14 days to deliver ,I still have to wait a few more days before I can take action to recover my money if this furniture doesn't come,but felt so frustrated by the lack of customer service I hope that by posting this I can prevent others havingthe same experience.The online store is Furniture Warehouse near Burgess Hill .Has anyone else had any problems with them ?
