I went to a Honda dealership to buy a new Honda civic hybrid, there are two models available ES and EX,
The EX is top of the range with leather seats and sat-nav.

I ordered the EX model and the salesman said that Honda have stopped making the civic hybrid and would look on there data base for any stock else where in other show rooms,

He come back with just two EX models available and so i singed the forms and brought one, he looked up the price for the EX and thats what i paid ,

When i picked up the car some weeks later it didn't look the same as in there broacher and i thought Honda had made some changes,as it didn't have the telephone buttons on the steering wheel or did it have a dedicated 12v aux socket, instead it just has an open cigarette light sockets.

Anyway I realized when i got the log book that this car was in fact the ES model that had been leathered up and had a sat nav kit installed,
It look nothing like what the EX model was in there broacher's,

I wrote to Honda UK and they said i should take this up directly with the dealership

what should i do, and what if any compensation should seek ?
