i bought a second hand car only four weeks ago from a car dealer.
the car is ten yeras old, i payed 1400 for it.( 73000miles on clock)

within two days i realised i had a battery with dead cells and had to get road side assitance to help me get home.... and now at 4 weeks i was driving home from work to find a burning rubber smell inside the car and the power steering to have ceased up on me, which may i add was pretty frightening.
i immediately informed the dealer who has taken the car away to be fixed, and has told me it is the power steering pump that needs fixing.
my car is under warrenty so he is dealing with this for me.
i want to know if i have any rights to an exchange or refund if any other faults occur within reasonable time, as to have two problems so soon after purchasing i am not entirely happy with the purchase.
where do i stand legally??
