Hi
I recently bought a remote control helicopter and the handset was faulty so the shop replaced the handset. I took it home and the blades broke so I took it back again and said I wanted a refund (I was a bit dissillusioned by this point) which the store agreed to. However, I bought batteries with the helicopter and clearly had to open the packet to fly the helicopter and they said that because I had opened the packet I was not entitled to a refund on the batteries only the helicopter. As I bought the batteries specifically for the helicopter can anyone tell me whether I was in fact entitled to a refund for the batteries as well?
thanks in advance Guys
