Late delivery?

Hi, can anyone advise please?
I ordered a set of window blinds from a local company. The tradesman came and measured the windows and I was told they would take two weeks to complete.
After various excuses such as material supplier going out of business, craftsman having a cold and fitter on holiday - we are now 10 weeks down the line and still no blinds.
No money has changed hands (no deposit), what are my rights to cancel?

Speak to you bank trading standards can do nothing,

i just spoke to my bank just have and they are aware of the company iim having trouble with and have others issuing complaints from customers.
if you have paid by card credit or debit you can get the big law of the banks involved, go get them guys.

the most frustrating thing is i know for a fact they will just open again under another name again like they have been since 1987,

The people im having trouble with it YES sofa specialist / ELS in droitwich .please no one trade there there in administration and just keep reopening in a new name. please stay clear.
