i bought a legpress machine(CF800) online from powerhouse fitness in march last year for £700,it had seen very little use at home as i was still training at the gym.in june(3 months out of warrenty) this year the machine broke and luckily it did not have alot of weight on it at the time,i called powerhouse in june they said they would get a new part sent out(its coming from china).three months later its still not here. i spoke to power house today 19/11, and they say it will be another 6 weeks, they say i can not get a refund or replacement as the machine is over a year old,this type of equipment should be lasting for years if nothing else it could have seriously injured some1 if there was a lot of weight on it. the machine has in no way been misused or used for anything but what it meant for. any advice welcome.
