I am just after some advice regarding my washing machine.
About 2 months ago a company came out to clean the filter and ended up damaging the machine causing it to leak. they ended up coming out 5 times to try and sort it and now have taken the unit away to be mended but everytime we phone them parts have not arrived or engineer is off sick. they have had it for 5 weeks and we are no closer to getting it back
Can anyway give us some advice on what we can do next? Do we have any legal power against them as they are taking the micky now
