I bought a ford fiesta for the wife and bought it from a bloke who looked honest enough and me being silly never did a hpi test! I bought the car home and showed it to the wife she didnt like it so I put a ad up at work ( work for local goverment) and a lady from work bought it and didnt do a hpi test either. She has had the car for 4 weeks and done a hpi test on it and it turns out the car is recorded and she wants her money back and if she doesnt she is going to take me to court! I dont know what to do can some one please give some advice?
