bought several items from retailers such as M&S, Burtons just before xmas, not problem with transactions in the shops, now 2 weeks later i have noticed these transactions have been charged back to my RBS bank account by M&S etc anyone got any ideas as RBS telephone banking cant help ?? nice to have the money back in my account though !!
