Bought a DVD player - writer from PC World,went to install it and the damn thing caused a catastrophic hard drive failure in my laptop when it loaded its drivers.
Bottom line is that PC World refused to even look at the laptop.no surprises.
Court date is Feb 3 and I'm attempting to have the matter resolved under the '79' consumer act 'fit-4-purpose'.
Any poor sod that's had similar experiences with this rats arse of a company ? nows' the time : ) all replies are appreciated.
