EVEREST/PARAGON FINANCE AND USELESS SOLICITORS!
HI I am new to all this and just trying to find my way around. Hope someone can help me. I have a 4 and a half year battle with Everest and Paragon. Have had a solicitor for the last 2 years and am no further forward. Can someone advise me on any 'timescale' for completing a legal action when the Judge sent all parties to try and settle out of court?
