I successfully sued a tradesman in court and published the result on Facebook on a site which catalogued his appalling work. His relatives posted a tirade of abuse and claimed that I was a liar (for stating that he was found guilty). Everything I published is true. given that I found the guy off Rated People, i felt it appropriate to give an honest account of my experience of this conman. Now though, he is claiming to be taking legal proceedings against me because I have exposed him. Has anyone else experienced this sort of trash? Do you recommend that I name and shame ? and if i do so telling only the truth can he take further action on me? Can i take legal action against the person who is calling me a liar? Can i take counter action against the tradesman because he is still spreading false accusations about me?
