i did buy a set of alloys for £700, paid for them over the phone with my visa card this was on the 6 jan 2011, the firm is now no longer going, and i have not got any alloys, i have told chargeback about this and they are looking into it, what way does that leve me, will i have to pay or not, for something i did not get , please adivse me
