We purchased a sofa bed for our narrow boat it arrived but it was the wrong size.
After numerous complaints and conversations with the supplier we got nowhere so we complained to the credit card company after an investigation the credit card company refunded me the purchase price including the delivery charge.
I have now received a court summons from the supplier for the delivery charge which has doubled from the original charge.
Also include in the summons is a charge for a visit to examine the sofa bed at their suggestion, a charge for photographing a sofa bed on another boat, I think he used this in evidence with the credit card company.
Does he have a case?
