URGENT...!!! Home Insurance 'preferred provider' sent wrong item. What are my rights?

Insurance Company were providing 'new for old' replacement TV after excess was paid by myself via debit card. The 'preferred supplier' sent out a different make, model and size television (more expensive). When delivered I questioned the fact that it was a different make, model and size but sure enough the delivery guy showed me the sticker with the correct information (my address, etc on it) so I signed his delivery ticket. They are now requesting that it is returned. What are my rights or who has the right to ownership of the TV? Can anyone help me?
