Does anyone know if switching providers will improve your service (TV and broadband) when you're stuck in a non-cabled area? I'm with BT and very unhappy with the service (speed and connectivity) so I would consider switching to somewhere like Virgin Media (who I've used previously and had great service with). But I don't live in a cabled area so any new provider would have to use the BT phone line. Does this mean, any new provider wouln't be able to improve on either the speed or reliability of connection ?
