bought a second hand vw v6 2008 for £18000, just few months ago. right from the start it leaks when rains. dealer said it is very easy to fix, after few days got the car back but it leaks again in different place. they try to fix it again but it still leaks. it has been three times over 6 months period. out of desperation, i drove the car back to them and left it there and wanted refund. however they insist the car is fine, no leak at all. the car still under warrenty. i think they might just buying time until the warrenty expiry. dont know what to do. called the consumer direct. they said i should take them to court. is it worth it? does anyone has that experience? i feel that as a consumer noone really there to help you if you are being treated unfairly. meantime, no car and no money.
