I bought a Bush Freesat HD Box in june/july 2008 and I have only just come to the conclusion that it is not fit for purpose.
Apparently, these early Bush boxes had faults such that they needed replacing. But Bush and the sole-supplier, Argos, kept quiet about this problem.
Can i expect to get a refund even after nearly 3 years of using a device that is not fit for purpose?
