I have been looking on the internet for days trying to understand the sales of goods act but no where does it releate to bedding.
I bought a fitted sheet three months ago and I have washed it around 5 times on a 30 degree wash and it has bobbled all over.
I can no longer use the item as it itshes my skin and it is no longer fit for its purpose.
I do not think that 3 months is a long time for a fitted sheet as others have lassted me years.
The retailer said it has happened due to its conditions and how I may have washed it and what it was washed with.
Also they said I was not able to return it as faulty as bobbling is not a fault but an assumption of cotton when fibres are rubbed or irrited.
What are my rights on returning bedding?
