Can anyone tell me what the law says in relation to credit card companies calling to collect debts - specifically, during what hours are they allowed to call, call frequency and on what days, please? Being plagued by calls from my card issuer which I believe are unreasonable (can't find any literature on section 42 Administration of Justice Act which I believe covers this).
