Hi - I'm new on this forum so hope someone can offer advice if they have had the same problem. I just sold a designer handbag to a US buyer, they lodged a SNAD against me with Paypal, totally bypassed Ebay. Their alleged claims of "damage" are untrue. Paypal have decided in the buyers favour which I understand is always the case and put my account in negative balance and will not let me submit any evidence in my defence nor will they let me see the document they say the buyer has produced unless I get a Court Order - what is that all about! What happened to Freedom of Information? I have a really bad feeling about this.
