my wife has just had a new sony ericsson zylo phone on contract from orange, as she had it from the shop they say there is no cooling off period. However she is unable to see the key pad as it is silver, has anyone got any advice for us and is it legal for them to say that because it was in a shop then there is no cooling off period?
