My mother (78) put down a £300 deposit in SCS on a suite costing 2,900 on Saturday last week, and went back on the sunday and paid another £300 deposit and also asked them to change the colour as she was unsure of what she had chosen. She was still worring about what she had chosen and was very unsure and spoke to the Manager on Tuesday and explained she was unhappy and felt sick with worry and asked him to put everything on hold, which he said he would do. I went with her today and she found another suite she liked costing 2,200 but was told she would have to spend another £300 to make the purchase upto 2,500 as they would not come down more that 400 on the original deal.... can anyone help us here... ??
