I have wasted so much time on the phone with BT, they were scheduled to come and do an installation(phone and broadband) and the engineer did not show up. My husband took the day off work - resulting in not being paid for that day and now on top of that we have to wait another two weeks for another appointment.
Do I have any rights? Am i eligible for any compensation?
