ok i really need to know where i stand earlier this year i payed a 500 pound deposit for my wedding dress, the dress is being made to measure, im getting married this august, the dresss maker is giving me the run around, ive havent even had my measurements taken, i havent picked out the fabric so she cant have used the deposit for that, everytime i call her shop i keep getting, told different stories about how its to early to start making my dress, or how she's to busy making other dresses for other people,or she wont come to the phone because she's busy, she has never called me after she said that she would, or sent emails when she said she would, please, please, please, i'm i able to get my deposit back, i dont feel im being unreasonable in wanting my money back now, i have visions of being sewn into my dress on the morning of the wedding.
