Well the touch screen on my HTC Touch Dual has finally given up after a little over six month. I phoned up Orange expecting to have to quote SOGA (Sale of Goods Act), but they just said they will replace it tomorrow. They will send a courier in the evening to give me a new handset and to pick up the broken one. It is as easy as that. Great service from Orange.
