Hi all - We bought a wine cooler with a £4000 kitchen which has stopped cooling entirely.
I rang the customer services and was told it woul;d cost £129 just for an engineer to visit and then parts.
The wine cooler cost £126 so I obviously declined
I have wrote to the company twice without any response and am now being ignored
Anyone any idea where I go next to force this company to repair or replece this item - I think I can consider not fit for purpose after 13 months but not sure whether that rule can apply or if it does how to apply it !
