HI, I need a consumer law gurus help.
I made an order on a website, one of the items was at a negative price. after coosing the items i needed then i wednt to pay ordered and reviece an order conformation and the money left my account. here is an example of the order.
socks £-10
pantts £5
glasses £ 5
Jeans £5
total £5
They have email sayin there price on the negative order was wrong and canceled my order and refunded my account.
Surely this is there problem and i should have reiceve the items?
